Custom and personalized orders
YARN:
See a yarn you love, but there isn't enough for your project? I would love to put together a custom order for you. Please message me to discuss what you have in mind. Processing time for a custom order depends on my current stock and schedule. Typically you will receive your order in 2-4 weeks.
KNIT & CROCHET ITEMS:
A lot of the handmade items you see in my shop are one-of-a-kind colors or patterns that I've made up off the cuff. Because of this, I am unable to offer customization on these items.
I DO NOT take custom orders to knit or crochet items.
Care instructions
Gently hand wash yarn and handcrafted items in cool water and lay flat to dry. As with all hand-dyed yarn, there is a chance your new yarn may bleed. I have taken every possible precaution to make sure color is set, but it's always possible for any yarn to bleed or react to chemicals on your skin/hands during use. If you experience major color bleed or any other issues with your new yarn, PLEASE get in touch immediately!
Do NOT put any hand knit or crocheted items into the washer or dryer. I will not replace or refund items that have gone through the washer or dryer.
